This year's lunar new year is a boring one for me. Went to my paternal grandma's house, followed by my granduncle's house and lastly to my maternal grandma's house. My godsisters were outstation, and the total number of people in my grandma's house reduced drastically. Many members were MIA. Usually, there will be a huge crowd and there is no space to walk. This year is so empty and silent. Due to the previous night's prayers and insufficient sleep, i was a walking zombie earlier this morning. I just wanted to doze off at grandma's house but couldn't. Heehee, very paiseh... My aunts (much younger than me, one is 12 and the other's 4!!!) from Vietnam came over to celebrate lunar new year with us. The 12 year old one is Gina and the 4 year old one is Anna. Anna is such an adorable toddler. She has huge, round eyes... long eyelashes... pierced lips. She's going to be a big beauty when she grows up. She drew on my gor's sketchbook. haha.... coloured his stuff... in the end, he drew for her to colour. Then she somersaulted countless times, showing off her panties. haha... my gor had to pull her dress down for her, which was covering her pixie-like face. She loved gurgling water and twice, she failed and spilled the water all over the bed. Luckily my grandma did not know about it... heehee... She kissed me!!! She put her arms around me, and pressed her cheeks close to my face and stayed there for a minute or so... Her skin was so smooth... Luv her so much... She really made my day. It turned out to be pretty nice after all... HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

Met a secondary school mate on the bus yesterday. Afraid of being late for classes which started at 9am, i brisked walk to the mrt station. Halfway there, i remembered that my ez-link card has ran out of money. I topped up $10 and missed my train. Shucks! Waited for the next one which arrived 3 mins later. While waiting for the train at the platform, a guy appeared in front of me. And i was drinking water... He greeted me with a "hi" and i couldn't reply. My mouth was full of water, unless i spit it at him.. haha.... He is no other than the guy i met earlier. His name is Yong Zhi if i did not remember wrongly. In the train, he talked non-stop. About schools, cca... Our conversation lasted for about 30 mins. I couldn't even converse so long with my cousin... Anyway, it was interrupted by this guy who came to stand in between us, that's how the conversation ended. But it was a blessing in disguise. Phew... I was intending to sleep but couldn't eventually...

Next tuesday will be my online fren's bdae. Too bad i will never get a chance to see him in my life. He's a Singaporean as well and a year younger than me. These are the only facts i know about him. He's currently in Simei ITE... hope he's doing well there. Had a short chat with him yday nite and told me that he was busy with work and can't talk much.. Happy to know him, of coz... funny and pretty vulgar. Showed intelligence in the way he speaks, besides being full of crap at times. What's more, he's good in english. Hmmm.... I had an enjoyable time bickering with him over msn and in the game. Anyway, that's in the past. This shall be entered as one of the beautiful moments in my life.... + Happy Birthday to you!

School ended at 12nn today and headed back home. Till now, i sat in front of my lappy, thinking thru lots of stuff while visiting all the links to my frenz blogs. I will go nap for an hr before i start working again. PBL, BMGT, IAC... need to be done. I shall burn midnight oil if my body permits me to... especially my nearly brain dead brain... has to work hard tonite. Not sure if it can take it. haha... Rushed for my bus this morning while on the way to school. Damn... saw Giuy again. Sat a seat away from Giuy coz there were only 2 empty seats near Giuy. Stared out of the glass panels on my right, not daring to turn my head to face the left. And Giuy's perfume was so strong, it lingered to my side... Smelt nice to be honest.. but... girl or guy?!?!?!?!? Haiyo... it's getting on my nerves. I feel like going straight up to Giuy to ask his/her gender, but i wun do such a thing. Kinda rude and madness if i ever do it... Who cares, Giuy will foreva be Giuy in my tiny little heart, be it a guy or a girl...

I had my MAEC test earlier this evening. Honestly speaking, this test is not tough. But i was brain dead on the last question. I just couldn't think at all. I finally gave up trying to reason out with myself as to which is the correct step to the question. Probably i should retire from my brain dead group. It is doing me no good... i am really brain dead. The max marks i can score is 17/20 now! Unless a miracle happens, i will score a 17 or less for the test which is way below my expectations. I'm pissed. Damn pissed. Bloody pissed with myself. This cannot go on. I'm only letting myself down when i dun do well. I must get into NTU no matter what. It's my dream since i made my mind to join ngee ann poly 9 months back. Mua ha ha ha....

While waiting for the SMRT bus to arrive, i revised my notes for the test that was to be held later this afternoon. Along came this person who looked neither a guy nor a girl. I was utterly confused with this person's gender. I shall name this person "GIUY" (guy + girl). Giuy sat at the empty seat near me. Upon reaching the destination, people streamed from the back of the bus to the exit of the bus. I was given no chance to alight. I baked my seat while waiting for the rest of the people to alight. Giuy was alighting too. To my surprise, Giuy let out his/her hand like what those gentleman usually do, stopping the rest behind him/her from alighting to let me move off first! I was too shocked to tell Giuy thanks and gave a weak smile before rushing out from the bus. Horrified.... i am still wondering if Giuy's a guy or a girl... can somebody pls enlighten me?

Luck was on my side today. Early this morning, I bumped into my cousin for the 5th time. He was like "aaaaaa..." when he saw me. Haha.. cute response. Having not seen him for about 3 yrs, it was weird that our conversation did not last throughout the journey (which was at least 40 mins long). I believed we only conversed for 10 mins and i felt so awkward standing right opposite him. The silence was deafening. Ringing so loudly in my ears that i felt like running out from the train. Bade goodbye when we reached je. Phew... School as usual. A lecture followed by a tutorial. And my poor stomach was groaning non-stop halfway through the tutorial. Luckily the class was noisy, or else the growling will deafen the whole room. Imagine all the stares u will get from ur classmates... so embarrassing!!! Anyway, lessons ended at 1pm and home i went. In the train back to my hometown( haha), met my sec sch friends!!! Shouted my name from the other side of the train, so malu... hahah.... anyway, Libra Kai came to talk to me. She so happy, can see from her face. Coz new year's approaching. Me no new year mood. All the exams and projects due for submission. Where got mood??? Just trying to complete all the work on time. It was a nice chat, we never ran out of things to say.. so opposite of the earlier conversation. haha... +Happy lunar new year everyone!!!

Jeez... i have tonnes of work that needs to be completed, 3 projects on hand which dun seem to go any further and 2 tests coming up in less than 2 wks. What am i to do?!?!? Oh well... this is just life. Into the second term of second sem (which means year one is coming to an end!!!), the stress is building up. I had a nightmare last night, dreaming that i failed MAEC test badly and was the only failure!!! I jerked up from my bed and phew... it was just a dream. A bad scare. I think i will go bonkers sooner or later. BMGT is gone case. I haven even revised a single lecture note on this module since the start of the sem. Jeez... I better start soon or i will not be able to make it thru this module. And i dun wanna see santa anymore, he luvs to brag about his personal achievements. He spent a third of his lecture talking abt himself wasting our precious time. Omg... why is he liddat?!?!? i just dun understand... Alrite, time to buck up and commit myself to studying everyday unless i have other commitments to make. Must reach up to my goal no matter what... It's a promise i make to myself.

I wrote an entry earlier on the recent bickering and received condemnation from Stephie!!! Oopsie... She doesn't wanna talk to me and lainee made it worse by harping on it throughout lunch!!! Oosh... I nearly died of embarrassment in the canteen. haha... It was quite funny actually, but i hope stephie will forgive me... it's my belated birthday wish... i didn't make a wish on my birthday, so i shall make up to it now. Got home today and found a huge envelope lying on my table. My curosity got the better of me and i ripped off the envelope to find a large card. It was from my best fren, Pammie. It was lovely. I could see that a lot of effort was taken to make this card. It is dear to me and i shall keep it under lock and key. Nv have i received such a huge card in my life. It holds a special meaning to me. Thanks a lot pammie!!! Luv u too!!!
It has been long since we met up. Both in np but busy in our work. Hard to meet up. I promise march holidays i will set aside a day to go out with her and Dezhi, my other good fren from primary school. Currently in nyjc. Hope he's doing well there. Once again, thanks pammie. Yesterday, baoyi, soonie and i were having a chat over msn but in separate conversations. So soonie took the initiative to have a joint conversation and we started bickering with each other. We were too bored, not feeling like doing anything so we started out nonsense. We argued about everything. BY wanted me to help her bully soonie but i turned the tables around and she became the ultimate victim. whahahahah.... it was so hilarious. Told us to come in full armour today as she was going to torture us.
Our conversation drifted to birthdays, and i didn't know BY's bdae and she was so furious. oops. Not on purpose BY. I had already explained to u. haha... and we had decided that stephie is like a big mommy to us. A sweet mommy. hahah.... We dragged on our conversation for a while longer before going off to complete our tutorials which were driving us nuts. At least i completed them by yday 10 plus pm. Yesterday was my birthday. 10 Jan 2006 marked my 18 years on this earth. many birthday greetings were showered on me from 12 midnight till 11 pm. haha... it was so sweet of those who actually remembered my birthday. Thanks everyone! It started with stephie, greeting me exactly at 12 am... i was so touched... luv ya dear! This was followed by my parents and my bro... I was pleasantly surprised when my bro gave me a present. It was a head band... hahah... told me to use during tennis.. He even helped me put it on but messed up my hair eventually... he was laughing like mad. Thanks bro! Luv ya too!!! Best bro in the world. Next was BY who came online especially to greet me happy birthday apart from unable to sleep coz her hair was wet. hahahaha.. That was so nice of her... thanks by. luv ya three... In the morning, daddy sang me a birthday song... hahah... too old for that already but it was so sweet of him. Mummy cooked mee sua with egg for me... haha... it was fabulous! thanks daddy and mummy!!! Babe bought me a handphone pouch to replace my old one. lovely baby. Daddy said i was full of immunity on my bdae as no one is supposed to aggitate or scold me and i took advantage of it to make fun of my mummy. whahaha... she was so pissed off with me but can't do anything.. muahahahah. i played com games till 4 plus pm with my online fren. It was a fun session. Lots of laughter and bickering. Too bad i can't get to see him in person. It would be wonderful to know him. Then went to Thai Resraurant for dinner at sembawang shopping ctr. Ate till my tummy almost burst. But the food was delicious. We chanced upon Cassandra See and Xu Qi while going to the top most level of the building. They were so pretty. After dinner, we headed to Guardian to purchase some stuff, my immunity pills (as in the real one, i have a weak immune system). After which, we shopped in Giant and bought some necessities. Daddy was such a teaser. He said "Want to go to Sakae for round 2 of dinner?" Immediately, i protested. If u know why, i think u will support me as well. All of them were laughing away and i was hiding behind daddy. Daddy still stood right outside Sakae... Omg... i wanted to dig a hole and bury myself there. I pulled them all away and we left. Phew.. Things 18 year olds can do: +drink wine +clubbing +pub +watch M18 movies All of the above will not be done by me!!! hahahahahahahaha

Wow!! Today's a wonderful day, apart from the rain. Firstly, i received a birthday present from my dear five gals. It's an expensive gift, i believe. Billabong wallet!!! I help them to feel heart pain. Must have cost a bomb. Thanks so much gals. I luv it to bits.
During bca workshop, i received my bca test results. A little disappointed. Not up to mark. Hopefully i can do better in the bca final test. Though an A but not a high one. I expected more from bca. Why liddat?!?!?! Why?!?!?! hahahaha... Thirdly, i received my macroecons test results. A surprise for me. I've never been able to do well in econs and this is the first time i scored an A!!! So, i'm pretty satisfied with macro. hehe... Amazingly, i played my online games endlessly and still managed to do up to my mark. heh heh... ok.. enough of boasting... later people hate me. oops! haha It's a beautiful day.... thanks again gals! Woo hoo!!! Today's the first day of year 2006. A new year, a new beginning. My new year resolution will be to do well in poly and finally enter NTU... wonder if this wish of mine will be fulfilled... Ponder ponder ponder, looking into the dark sky...
A beautiful day is ruined by the heavy downpour. I believe this is the first time rain poured on the first day of the year. Never before this has happened, if i did not remember wrongly. I stayed at home for the entire day, playing computer games... haha.... naughty me. Test is on friday and still playing games here. I shall stop soon... haha Anyway, Happy New Year to everybody!!!
