Arrived at school at 10.35 am, awaiting for the "cuckoo clock" to sound at 11 am. Settled in this classroom and prepared for the practical test that was about to commence. Looked through the paper and got a shock of my life. The paper was entirely different from the test we had a week ago!!! This test is 200 times more difficult compared to the one that i did earlier. All the time spent on revising for this final test went down the drain... I couldn't think straight at all. Half the time i was rushing against time (the paper is 1 hr long) and the other half, i was trying to figure out the appropriate functions for the criteria. It just wasn't my day. Firstly, my date format cannot be found and i was struggling with it. Eventually, i asked the tutor for help (which wasn't supposed to) and she very kindly helped me search for it. After about 10 mins or so, still couldn't find it and she went to her lappy to check hers out. Then she gave me a rough idea where the format was. Thank you so much Mrs Ang! So 10 precious mins went by in a twinkling of an eye. I was stuck on the first question and there were a total of 4 questions that needed to be attempted. When i was left with 15 mins, i was just on the second page!!! I freaked out then... I ran through the questions and spotted the simple question 4 and did it. As for questions 2 and 3, i think i did 1/10 of the questions only. Probably i will fail this test. First time failing my test... very disappointed... Hopefully there is moderation for this paper. Most likely i will not fail the module coz the rest of the components included in the final computation of marks are done pretty well. But the grade that i will achieve will be a mystery... + BEST of LUCK to all for ur exams!!! Posted by Lynette at |
