Tennis Torture

Monday's tennis training was torturous. Since only 8 turned up for training, we were under the heavy scrutiny of coach. On hearing that he wanted to train both strength and service, all of us were whining away. Coach was merciless.
More than an hour was spent on strength training. One set was equivalent to 10 push ups, 20 step ups, 1 court's breath of side run, another court's breath of back run, one court's length of fore run and lifting of different weights. I lost count of the number of sets we did.
My triceps and shoulders were protesting in pain. Somemore, i lost my balance while doing the step ups and got myself a bruise on my shin. After that, we were made to do bench press. Holy.. i nearly died there. My arms couldn't take it anymore and my wrists were beginning to hurt like mad.
Eventually, we did service training. 3 sets of 10. At least this was more routine than the previous. The former was a killer. Immediately after service training, coach allocated teams of 2 to play matches.
I teamed up with coach against Eugene and Tailun. Geez.. the pressure was still on but at least my performance for this match was better than the previous. I'm a net-baller. And coach would give pointers for every wrong shot i hit. And that amounted to i-dunno-how-many. That's how terrible my tennis is. Whoosh... Gotta train really hard during the holidays.
STA? Hmm.. let me think about it. Competitions are not cut out for me though the experience will be valuable.
Aching shoulders, arms and thighs. My limbs are pronounced dead. I need a massage badly. Anyone? lol

Chill Out at Town

Yesterday afternoon, it was another maplers' gathering session. Kin Chin and Eric arrived on time and we accompanied Eric to take his lunch at BK. Along came Den and shortly after, Daniel too. Since i was the only girl, i felt a little uneasy. Furthermore, i didn't know them that well yet to spring up a conversation from nowhere.
We strolled around that area which i'm totally clueless where to kill time. On and on we walked, from cityhall to marina square. On seeing bowling written on one of the directory boards, we decided to have a go at it. Weeee~ bowling, one of my favourite sports!
But damn it, i played really badly. My worst scores ever. Didn't even hit the 3-digit mark. =.= Daniel was so cute! The strength of his arm wasn't enough to swing the bowling ball and he ended up rolling the 8kg ball. Guess everyone had fun in bowling.
Teresa came along and we headed over to Suntec City to shop. Everything was the same as before. No changes in Suntec and very little Lunar New Year ornaments and decorations were put up.
Teresa added fun to the group. Constantly disturbing Den by pulling and tugging at his beanie. Afterwhich, we had dinner at Cafe Cartel. My first time dining at this restaurant. Serves a variety of western cuisine. I had Hawaiian pork chop while the rest had a spread of pasta, pork chop and combo set accompanied with unique drinks. As always, treat's on Eric. Thanks Mr sexy!
The talk about pig god and pork chop went round the table, throwing everyone into a state of hysteria. For the second time in my life, i couldn't contain my laughter and was totally breathless. We were gasping for oxygen. And there was a food chaos going on, bubblegum flying, sauce spilling and lemon tea spewing. Super duper funny and joyful.
Had a wonderful day out with them. Thanks alot guys! =))

Bus Service 52 Sux!

Tennis ended abruptly owing to the drizzle which turned into rain. Dinner came early as a result. Sitted at Bukit Timah market, we ate to our hearts' content. I had grilled chicken spaghetti. Yums!
Time flew by and it was 9.30pm already. Walked in the drizzle to the nearest bus stop with the guys. 5 mins passed.. 10.. 15.. 20 mins and no sight of bus service 52. There was a possibility of the bus breaking down. Only after 30 mins did the bus then arrived at the bus stop. And how inviting can it be? Packed to the front door. All of us couldn't board the bus and had to continue to wait.
In less than 5 mins, the next bus 52 came by. It was so empty. Since another bus was in front of it, we had to walk all the way to the middle of the bus stop. [This bus stop is the length of 2.5 bus stops.] Before we could even reach the door of the bus, the driver drove away. Damn it.
Everyone was utterly pissed off. We even took down the bus plate number, contemplating to lodge a complaint to SBS. Totally wasted our time waiting for bus 52.
In the end, we took bus 77 to the nearest MRT station. It was a long journey home. Only at 11.20pm did i then reach home. Extremely exhausted.
Grrrr.. bus uncle, be more patient mah. Wait another few secs wun die rite? >.<

The 5 Hour Break

FMGT lecture started at 9.15am and ended shortly after. Having MA1 tutorial brought forward to Monday afternoon, we had a 5 hour break before AUDIT lecture at 3pm. A full 30 mins was spent outside the LT discussing our next location to kill time.
After Dickson checked out the various movie screenings and movie theatres, there were none which all unanimously agreed to. In the end, 1 hour was wasted just like that. Near 11am, we finally decided to head down to IMM.
It was freaking cold in IMM. There was not much of a crowd at that point in time while we surveyed the first level for different varieties of food. A wide spread of restaurants, ranging from fast food to japanese cusine to western cuisine. Yums! But, we were cost saving and ended up in Bagus. Lol. It's just another foodcourt with a slightly more unique name. Each of us [Baoyi, Dickson, Guan Hong, Xhi Ween and i] had our lunch.
Soon, we were out of Bagus and started shopping. Clothes in Adidas and Fila were so cool. Shoes in RSH and Adidas were pretty. Had that sudden urge to splurge again but i needa CONTROL. Otherwise, mummy would be breathing down my neck.
Baoyi was too busy searching for her gachas and tried her luck a total of 4 times. I supposed she managed to turn out a variety of different characters but none were the ones she wanted? Anyway, she's a gacha freak. lol.
After shopping, Baoyi and i were eager to have our potato wedges from McDonalds. It had been years since i last ate wedges. Yummilicious! Shared one pack with her while the guys ate a burger each. Holy.. they can surely eat. It was just a lapse of an hour and they were eating again. Had our conversation which created so much laughter. As long as Xhi Ween is around, there will never be short of hysterical laughings. lol
On the way back to school, Xhi Ween was laughing his head off while watching Just for Laughs. Sitted beside him, i couldn't contain my laughter and giggled like mad. Baoyi and i were trying to hush him down but to no avail. Such a fun-loving group of people.
Thereafter, met up with Sher, Soonie, Stephie and Lainee at canteen 2. Off we went for AUDIT lecture until 5pm. Exhausted... but it was a great day! =)

Origin of Moles

Bel came up to me while i was sitting at my study desk, working on my stuff. "Jie, why do we have so many moles? How did moles grow?" [While she looked at the moles on her hands and legs]. Stunned by her question, my reply was an abrupt "I dunno."
So here i am after browsing several websites, to share more about moles - the origin of moles.
The definition of moles and their appearance: Small skin marks caused by pigment-producing cells in the skin. Moles can be flat or raised, smooth or rough, and some contain hair. Most moles are dark brown or black, but some are skin-colored or yellowish. Moles can change over time and often respond to hormonal changes.
But how and why moles come about? No one has figured out the answers to these two questions yet. Moles serve no purpose on our bodies and yet they are all over us. Fortunately, they are mostly harmless and will last for 10 to 40 years before fading off. So by the time you hit 100 years old, the moles on you will be gone! lol.
However, if there are any dramatic change in a mole, it could be a warning sign of skin cancer - both the malignant and benign. Also prolonged sun exposure increases the chances that a mole will become cancerous.
Hmm.. that's about it. Lazy to research more on it. lol..
Wanna know more about moles? Here are two of the websites i had been through.

NP Open House

It was time once again for the annual NP Open House. The many secondary students viewing the school compound made me think back of the time when i was at their age. Felt so lost and alienated in an unfamiliar place. But things had changed ever since i entered NP. It is now regarded as my second home.
That's beside the point. In this year's Open House, i played a part in being a guide to students. Along with Baoyi and several other classmates, we stayed in a room to promote our course - Accountancy. Although the duty lasted 3 hours, everyone was extremely exhausted from continuous small talks with students [some of whom didn't even bother to listen].
"ACC is the only course which provides a 6 mth attachment programme. Unlike other polys which provide 3 mth attachment programmes. Also, in yr 3, u are given the option to stay in school to further ur studies which is the finance option where u will get to gain experience in a 2 mth industrial training programme in addition to taking several modules. This helps in the exemption of modules in Uni. As for the attachment programme, with 3 mths more experience, it prepares u for work in the corporate world. Also, allowances are generally much higher for ACC students compared to other diplomas. Accountants are always high in demand and they get hefty bonuses. They get to work in MNCs like the Big 4, banks, govt based sector...
In this 3 yr course, these are the modules which u will take. [points to brochure] There is a main module which will build up in each semester. U need not have any background in accounting to take up Accountancy because they will teach u from scratch. So, other than the main module, there are other modules which broaden ur scope like management, law, computing... which will serve to be useful when u go into the society to work. And poly is not all about studying. There are other modules like Sports and Wellness which enables u to mingle with people from other courses as well..."
That was an excerpt of what we talked about for 3 long hours. My throat was screaming for water. Refreshments were coconuts. lol. Didn't bother to take any. After duty, baoyi and i headed over to the atrium to watch Taufik's performance.
He's gorgeous and loves to electrify people, especially gals. haha. Very charismatic. His vocals were really good. He sang a total of 3 songs from his latest album and there was a game after which. 4 malay gals were invited up to stage to sing a line from any of his songs. Those malay gals were hmm... throwing themselves over him. Not very proper for a gal to do that, at least to me. Reserve some pride please. Throwing yourself over a guy makes you look shameless. Geez.. Probably i'm too conservative in this modernized world. haha
It was another 1.5 hours before the arrival of the top 4 project superstar finalists. Meanwhile, baoyi and i headed over to the convention centre to take a view and visit dickson. Being bored and not knowing what to do, we strolled over to canteen 1 to grab a drink and quench our thirst. It felt good. We went back to the ACC room [coz baoyi wanted to spot someone] lol! Oops.
After that, it was back to the atrium. We watched the song composing club perform and shortly after, baoyi had to leave. By that time, it was around 5.30pm.
It was time for tennis training! In order to drag my time, i walked over to the courts and chatted with coach. Weee~ he's going to buy me a racquet! [but i still gotta pay for it eventually haha] Near 6pm, i went back to the atrium to catch the performance of the Project Superstar finalists.
Quite disappointing. Only at 6.30pm did they then arrive. Less than 15 mins later, Diya and Daren had to rush off to somewhere else, leaving behind Carrie and Nat. It was a chat session between the emcees and the guests. Kinda sian. Midway through the show, i left for training until 9pm. Whoosh~ felt so good. Tennis rox my world!
It was dinner with the guys at Bukit Timah Market after tennis. Yums~
Home at long last...

Shopping!

An hour or so after school, i joined mummy and bel for shopping. Weeeeee~ I hereby proclaim myself as a Metro gal. The main purpose for this shopping was to buy a black polo tee for friday's open house. In addition to that black polo tee, i bought another similar one, 2 pairs of shorts and a belt. haha.. Resulted in mummy spending $100 on me only. Summing up the spendings of bel and mummy, it only came up to around $100. lol. I'm a big spender. Oops.
Having skipped lunch cos i had a 4 hr straight tutorial session, mummy decided to take dinner at 4+ pm. lol.. Earliest dinner ever. Filled my rumbling stomach with food. Really exhausted after that. Shoulders were aching badly from the carrying of my laptop and book.
Soon after, it was home sweet home. Thanks mummy! heh.. always making her spend so much. ;p

Death Lurks

Too exhausted to start off any work, i lazed on the bed and stared at the ceiling. I recollected events over the past few days [as usual] and death came to mind.
Often associated with fear, death is somthing many are afraid of. I used to fear death. Unable to accept the fact that i may have to leave my loved ones one day or vice versa, death has always been something i avoided thinking of. In the past, i would ponder over it so much that my eyes were blurred with tears. Now, death to me is just part of a life cycle that runs on this planet.
At times, death may be a blessing. An end to sufferings for the sick - their release. However, it would be a great pity to leave at a young age. There are so many undone tasks in my life. My plans for the future...
Entering university is the closest dream i can fulfill. In addition to that, i wish to pursue my career and step into the life of marriage. Having kids of my own could be the best thing in life. Also, being able to see my family and friends leading a happy life would add more joy to mine.
Death is lurking nearer with each passing day. To me, that signifies the end of my life on this earth. And before that very day arrives, those are the wishes i want to fulfill. Live each day like no other...

Sumiko Tan - Me, Myself and Mine

Urged on by bel to accompany her to bed, i took to the task of reading The Sunday Times - my favourite newspaper for the week. Started off with the prime news. As usual, reports of government implementing this and that, the ongoing floods, Bush's plans for Iraq... Took some time to read the more interesting articles. Then came the most appealing segment - Lifestyle.
Sumiko Tan's article titled "Me, Myself and Mine" expressed exactly how i felt about help and kindness in this world.
"... you should show empathy and concern towards those around you, and if you can make others feel good, don't stop. Just don't expect or demand for that to be reciprocated."
This statement explicitly shows the nature of human beings. There is never balance in a give-and-take situation. To have one's kindness returned is equivalent to the day when the sky collapses. That is why i never once expected people to return any form of favour and likewise, i don't like to accept favours from people unless inevitable.
Sumiko Tan went on to mention, "... when i look back ... it does seem to be one endless period of seeking approval, striving to be nice and desiring to be loved and liked by the people i loved and liked." "Sometimes, the efforts were reciprocated and i'd be flying high." And the same goes for me. It may be a very small act on another party's part but it does wonders to another.
By not asking too much from others will result in less disappointment. That's the way life is.

Approach of the Exams

School reopened on 3rd January and almost 2 weeks had passed since. Results to the common tests were released over these 2 weeks. Scores were pretty alright but still not up to my standards. And the one which i did worst out of the four papers i had, was my core module. =.= Disappointed in myself but shall work harder for the semestral exams.
Having just got back the common test results and in less than a month's time, it's the semestral exams. As we received our common test results, we were bombarded with another set of information on our up and coming exams. What an irony. Up till now, i haven't started on my revision. There's so much to cover. Seeing the piles of papers on my table makes me sick to the stomach. Don't even feel like touching them, lest revision.
Counting down to the days left for revision, it's barely 4 weeks. And the worst case scenario had to occur. On 14th Feb, i have a paper to sit for in the late afternoon and the following day, another paper in the early morning. HOW TO CELEBRATE VALENTINE'S?!?!?!? [Even though i'm not in a relationship, it feels good to mingle with the crowd in orchard and have an all gals' dinner. Seeing all the couples enjoying themselves bring smiles to my lips. lol]
Shall stay at home and mug on valentines' and await the following year's to come. haha.
Cheerios to everyone!

My Birthday Celebration

My first birthday celebration with friends - will be etched as another beautiful memory in my life...
Immediately after lessons today, along with sher, lainee, stephie, soonie and baoyi, we headed to clementi pizza hut for lunch. The former four had hawaiian pizza while bao yi and i had baked rice and baked pasta respectively. Simply delicious. Lunch was enjoyable with squabblings going on between baoyi and soonie. There was a pizza-sawing process going on. lol.. The crust was too tough to knife apart. In the end, 4 of them gave up and left pieces of unfinished pizza slices on their plates.
Kbox was just opposite pizza hut and in we went. Freaking cold as usual. Started out with jay chou's tui hou with stephie. haha.. my singing sucks man. Just can't sing. One after another left, leaving behind sher and i in the room till 7pm. Each had a fair share of singing except bao yi who constantly refused to sing solo. At least she sang several songs today. haha.. improvement.
Received a bdae card and a practical present which will serve me well. lol. Thanks so much gals! From the very bottom of my heart, all of your time and effort in celebrating this day with me are much appreciated. This is one day i will remember forever.
And of course, thanks to all friends for your well wishes. Deeply touched that all of you remembered. Really made my day. Probably the first time when i actually received so many well wishes.
10 January 2007 - a day to remember...

Tennis Racquets

Along with stephie and baoyi, we made our way to KAP's Mac for lunch. It was always so comfortable and enjoyable eating with them. Stephie had to attend her piano lesson in Orchard and soon after our lunch, we headed to the nearest bus-stop. Baoyi and i went to AMK Central to search for my tennis racquet at Sportslink. Thanks Bao Bao for accompanying me! *Secret Recipes treat =)*
Sportslink was huge but very empty. Very few customers during the period we hung out there. The racquets were not what i was looking for, i think... There were 3 racquets with yellow frames and only one was in the discount range given by coach. Which to buy??? Model - unknown. =.=
Buying the wrong racquet would give me more problems, having to ask for a refund. Too much of a trouble, so i ended up buying nothing. Wasted Bao Bao's time, oops. At least she bought a new water bottle, haha.
She sent me to the MRT station and i headed to Northpoint to check out the Sportslink. Wider range but still, not the one i had in mind. Went home empty handed.
Had much fun following Bao Bao here and there. She's the street directory of AMK Central. lol.

Boring Sunday

2 tasks on hand to be completed before next weeks' lessons but here i am, punching the keys furiously on the keyboard. Amidst the ongoing chats and ready opened files to work on, my heart seemed to be elsewhere. Thinking through everything that had happened the past few days...
Deep down inside of me, there are many dead knots and lots of burning questions which remain unanswered. Questions i want to ask but will never ask, and hence will just be locked up forever. Entangled feelings which will not loosen up unless i suffer from an immediate loss of memory. Sometimes, it's better to know less than to know everything. It hurts deeply.
Thoughts come and go like lightning yet they create such an impact on everyone's lives. They are the ones that keep us thinking constantly, making our brains work round the clock. They are the causes of happiness, sadness, jealousy, fear, misery, frustration... How i wish my life was only filled with the formest. Life would have been so much better but that's unlikely to occur, or rather, will never occur.
If only things were simpler.. if only i knew how to handle all the problems i face.. if only i hadthe courage to meet every challenge that came my way.. if only... i wouldn't be as troubled as what i am now.
Facing the war of innermost emotions...

Birthday Blues

It's five more days to my 19th birthday. However, that feeling of excitement and happiness had long dissipated. Looking back on the past 18 years when i celebrated my birthday, it was nothing more than a mere dinner to mark this special day. Occasionally, a cake would accompany the dinner. As the years went by, the cutting-cake-making-a-wish procedure disappeared abruptly. If i did not remember wrongly, it ended its run when i was 9 or 10.
More often than not, i celebrated my birthday at Jack's Place. It was anticipated - no surprises. Well, i was happy that at least we took the effort of celebrating it. Yearly the number of birthday gifts and well wishes were just a handful. On the actual day itself, everyone is busy in their own activities. Likewise, i would be busy with my own work and my birthday is just like any other ordinary passing day. Nothing special, nothing to yearn for.
Soon, the clock would strike 12 and another day has begun. Life continues although at the back of my mind, i knew that i had grown older by another year.
Do birthdays represent any significance? Just like the Lunar New Year, it's more of a get-together session for all family members and paying respects to the elders. An annual process which i don't look forward to anymore.
These days are no longer of any meaning to me. This refers to me only.. i don't know about others, but that's how i personally look at these "special" days.
I can't even recall the last birthday where i celebrated and can remember for life. Or did this day even existed? I yearn for one such day where i can recollect this good time. Probably i'm asking for too much. Thinking of those who can't even get a chance to celebrate their birthdays, i am considered much more fortunate than them.
I'm getting emotional all over again. Guess i will stop here before more emotions are stirred up. My birthday is just another passing day which bears no significance...

Fear of ?

Awaiting the arrival of my audit tutor, baoyi, the three musketeers and i stood at the open area outside the lecture theatre. It was 5+ pm in the evening. Other than people from our class, that area was empty. Three guys in formal wear came strolling towards us. The three musketeers dispersed while baoyi was still busy munching on her chips. I stood beside her enjoying the view that i can get.
Just then, one of the three guys approached her. Hearing the word "survey", my first reaction was to shun away. Baoyi was giving me that look of a pitiful kitten. So, i walked back to join her. She placed ticks on various boxes provided and returned the slip of paper to that guy.
Not long later, they approached us again. This time round, it was the entire class. Everyone looked at one another, giving uneasy smiles. We feigned ignorance but were aware of their presence. Eventually, some of them gave in and did the surveys.
With that said, why do people avoid completing surveys? Here i am posting up this question when i myself encountered this situation many a times. Like many others, i tried to stay away from those who went around asking others to do their surveys. Orchard Road, schools, bus interchanges were some of the more common places.
Even though we would only spend several minutes of our time helping these people, it seemed like a chore to many. Seldom had i seen a person actually taking some time off to stop and complete a survey when being approached. Even if they did, they would complete it in a haste and within seconds, that slip of paper would be passed back into the hands of the distributor.
Are Singaporeans plain lazy, not helpful or just can't be bothered? Perhaps these three reasons played a fair share in amounting to what had become of us today.
Surveys were created to gain more information in helping enhance and better improve the place we are living in now. Furthermore, surveys had been designed in such a way that facilitates surveyors to place ticks to the options provided. That isn't all that difficult, is it? Yet, why are people so reluctant to do them?
Probably i should try answering this question myself as i rarely took time off in completing a survey on the streets. Till now, i can't figure out the reason why. Anyone?

Long Afternoon

Lecture only commenced at 3pm today. To take advantage of using the car for a final time before it was sent to the scrapyard, daddy decided to fetch me to school. On the way, along with mummy and bel, we dropped by tiong bahru market for lunch.
It has been revamped. Had been years since i last stepped into that market. So spacious and much cleaner than the previous. Pleasing to the eye.
To prevent my gastricitis from acting up, daddy ordered a plate of rice with char siew and roasted pork. Made me eat several mouth full before i can take the main course which was none other than the lor mee daddy told me about.
Like i had mentioned, next up was lor mee. The stew was thick and starchy, added with grinded chilli paste, slices of chilli padi, lots of black vinegar and a spoonful of chopped garlic. Moreover, big pieces of fried fish and their crumbs were spreaded over the noodles. Yummilicious!
After finishing that big bowl of lor mee, daddy called another bowl of kuay chap. Geez.. we can surely eat. Bel especially. Such a young girl with a small tummy but can contain much more than me. I just ate a little of the ingredients that accompanied the bowl of kueh. Daddy and mummy claimed that it was nice. Dunno?
That's 3 types of food already. Upon seeing the chicken rice, daddy said he wanted to try it out. Ordered again. Whoosh.. food and more food. My tummy was packed with food, more and it would burst. Since it had been ordered and we were sharing it, i took a mouthful of rice and some soup. Hmm.. quite good.
Drinks were the last. I couldn't finish one can of drink on my own after that heavy lunch. Bel was my "little rubbish bin". Haha.. that little girl. Constantly placing emphasis that she was undergoing puberty and thus that intake of food. Ok.. point noted.. She's growing and me..? SHRINKING!! lol
After settling our lunch, daddy and mummy were deciding on what to buy home for dinner. Following alongside daddy, we walked to the roasted duck rice stall.
There were a total of 4 workers attending to one stall. Hmm.. quite surprising. Standing around, i noticed 2 rows of photographs with celebrities on them. Seems like this stall is pretty popular. The guy who took pictures with them actually introduced each celebrity on the photographs to us. A mixture of hong kong and singapore artistes. He must have been so proud that this stall is so successful.
Having that lunch experience at the new tiong bahru market was sweet. Yum yum.. shall visit it some time again.

Marking the start of another new term

The daily routine took place. Bath.. breakfast.. and off to school. First day of the new term and i had a presentation to conquer. In order not to waste time in the train, i read up on my presentation. Soon, i was on my way to the clementi bus-stop. With that ultra heavy bag of mine, i decided not to chase after the bus. So i stood at the bus-stop awaiting the next to approach. Ngee Ann free shuttle bus followed up. What a blessing in disguise! Weeeee.. saved some bus fare. [sounds like i scrimp and save alot but imagine bus/mrt fare shooting up to at least $4 each day, it amounts to a large figure for an entire year. And i am still dependent on my parents, hence there is a need to save whenever i can =) ]
Presentation went on fine. At least it wasn't screwed up. Got back my hands-on test results. Sucked terrible - a mere B. Shucks. Fortunately, the weightage is 10% only. haha. Shall depend on other aspects in the module to pull up that mark, and that's gonna be tough cos this module is ranked last among others. Other than playing with Microsoft Excel, everything else such as Accpac are... not very favourable.
Spent a total of 2 hrs in school and returned home again. The travelling time is more than the time i spent in school. =.= This week's schooling hours are pretty short, with a maximum of 3 hrs a day. Next week up, the heat is on once again and in a blinking of an eye, the semestral exams are here yet again. Time for a good break after that. I need some badly.

Hope gab and tere had a good time in sec school! First day in their new stage of life. Reminiscence of my past...

Counting down to exactly a week more... ;)

Bring on 2007

2006 had passed. We welcome 2007. A new beginning for everyone, time to start everything afresh. Although i wasn't allowed to go for the countdown last nite, at least i managed to scream over the phone to didi as we counted down to the final seconds of 2006. Afterwhich both of us were laughing like mad. And suddenly, i was chatting on the phone with his mummy. A pleasant surprise for me.
Messages were flowing in one after another and i'm sorry if i took so long before i actually replied to all of them.
I've already listed down my new year resolution in my previous post so i shan't mention it again. The past year had been a sea of waves. High tides, low tides.. ever changing. Quite a painful year for me where i experienced so much. Much more than usual. Happy times i had were much less than before. I had to deal with setbacks time and again, getting so sick of them. Hopefully this year will be a better one for me and for everyone.
Sad to mention, one of my friends had decided to leave this place called home to study overseas. May not return.. but i hope she will some day.
Family and friends are always here for you. Bon voyage gal, take care always! I will miss you lots. I've said my piece and hope you will lead a better life abroad, setting aside the heartaches you faced in singapore. *hugs*
Happy new year everyone! May your resolutions be fulfilled.
