2006 had passed. We welcome 2007. A new beginning for everyone, time to start everything afresh. Although i wasn't allowed to go for the countdown last nite, at least i managed to scream over the phone to didi as we counted down to the final seconds of 2006. Afterwhich both of us were laughing like mad. And suddenly, i was chatting on the phone with his mummy. A pleasant surprise for me. Messages were flowing in one after another and i'm sorry if i took so long before i actually replied to all of them. I've already listed down my new year resolution in my previous post so i shan't mention it again. The past year had been a sea of waves. High tides, low tides.. ever changing. Quite a painful year for me where i experienced so much. Much more than usual. Happy times i had were much less than before. I had to deal with setbacks time and again, getting so sick of them. Hopefully this year will be a better one for me and for everyone. Sad to mention, one of my friends had decided to leave this place called home to study overseas. May not return.. but i hope she will some day. Family and friends are always here for you. Bon voyage gal, take care always! I will miss you lots. I've said my piece and hope you will lead a better life abroad, setting aside the heartaches you faced in singapore. *hugs* Happy new year everyone! May your resolutions be fulfilled.
