An upsetting episode happened late last night and i was the the cause of it. It pained me to know that i've hurt someone. Never did i expect such a reaction from him. Maybe it's time to set things straight and draw the line. To the party in concern: I do appreciate all the little things you had done for me this past month or so. It's comforting to know that someone out there is so concerned about me. I'm touched by that. However, it's time to clear the air and draw the line. The tears i've caused you to shed, the heartaches i've caused you to feel... i feel upset for causing you such undue hurt. Most of the time, friends will always remain as friends. Your liking for me can't be reciprocrated and i'm sorry about that. I've told you time and again not to fall too deeply into it but you slipped further and further. I can only accept you as a friend and that's about it. I don't wish you to wait for me for 2 long years while carrying on the false hope of being together with me some day. Because i know we will never be. This may be hurting to hear but it's better that i make myself clear now than you falling even deeper and feel the impact of it all at the end of 2 years. You are a nice guy and will find yourself someone more suitable. I'm not the one for you. It's better if we just remain as friends. No hard feelings...
