If it had been true...

Her life had been a lie all this while. Coming to know her for close to three years, i had been fooled by all her lies. Thinking back of those words she had said, how much of it had been true? I have no answer to that.

However one's life turns out to be, most importantly, live with dignity. I was simply astonished by what i realised and totally disappointed in her. Often flashing one's ability to spend on luxury items, but in actual fact, living from hand to mouth... it just isn't right. What for make people believe and have the impression that you are rich and able to afford anything under the sun when your family is trying hard to make ends meet? Even to the extend of lying your place of stay... it's just absurb.

Perhaps she has an inferiority complex which she is unable to shed off all this while. Perhaps her family had been doing well all along but a sudden bombshell smacked hard on them, and she couldn't accept the fact. All the possibilities...

And it seemed like most of them knew it before i did. Not to hurt me for i was close to her? I didn't blame any of them for not letting me know, but i was deceived all this while and no one told me so... Haha.. what a joke.

Should i still regard her as a friend and pretend i never knew the truth behind her sham or do otherwise? Sigh~ But i sincerely hope she will amend her ways to become a better person.
