Received news that grandma was hospitalised. Paid her a visit yesterday afternoon at SGH. She was frail looking and didn't look all that good. Cancer, pneumonia, and a weak heart. Medical tests will be carried out tomorrow and we are hoping the outcome will not be that grim.

Just hoping against all odds that she will be fine and be discharged as soon as possible. She never liked staying in the hospital. Sigh~ Sunken heart.

Cabbed down to Golden Mile Tower to have steamboat for lunch. Since 5 is beyond the maximum capacity of a cab, daddy and i got into one cab while mummy, babe and bro got into another. Spotted the structure of the gigantic ferris wheel along the way. It's ENORMOUS. Such a pretty sight. When it's complete, i may take a ride on the ferris wheel and have a bird's eye view of Singapore. How wonderful. But it's expensive. Haha.. $27 per ride. Ouch ouch ouch~ Money flying away like no one's business. $_$

Carrying a heavy stomach, we strolled to Beach Road food centre to buy hokkien mee and Lavender for its famous minced meat noodles for dinner. Cabbed home without bro and mid way, we stopped by Serangoon to get some salted baked chicken. Yums~ What do you expect from a family of gluttons? Haha.
