Flu. Sore throat. Body aches. Dizziness. What i call the 4 in 1 combo, enough to make one lie in bed for the whole day. Since yesterday, i was feeling sick but it got worse this morning. Once again, i skipped work. And i hate it. I felt really sorry towards Soonie, for i can't join her for lunch. I'm still groggy while posting this entry. I wanna go to bed but my parents forbade. "Stop lying in bed. Get up and do some exercise. Walk around... and DON'T keep using the computer." Oh well, probably long hours at the computer did me in. Hard to diagnose the cause of my abrupt combo for there could be many factors over these few weeks which led to me falling ill. While in bed earlier, a sudden thought came to me. Sickness... A reminder not to neglect our well being? It's an attention seeker, forcing us to give our bodies the required attention in easing the discomfort we feel. At the same time, it is an indicator to better look after oneself. *Shrugs* Now's time for some pills popping. Till then, see ya! And take care! Posted by Lynette at |
