Rode on the bus to the interchange. Moving along the same route, there's nothing much to look at for i've been seeing the same old buildings and roads every single weekday. So, i people-watched from the bus instead.

At the traffic junction, the bus slowed to a stop. A guy, dressed in sports wear caught my attention. He looked oddly familiar. I then realised he was my first major crush. Haha...

While the traffic light still showed 'red', i took that few seconds to scrutinise him from head to toe. Hmmm..., not exactly scrutinise but look him from top to bottom. He was all so different.

The He in secondary school and the He now were two opposites. Much leaner and muscular now. Perhaps NS did him some good. Lost the pounds. Not that he was obese in secondary school but he was pretty big sized then. Just the way i liked it. Lol.

I still remember the days in Secondary 3 when i looked forward to every break to steal some glimpses at him. A previous school team basketballer in jersey 10. Haha... Those days... heart fluttered at the sight of him. When our eyes met, that did it. My face would be on fire. Took any opportunity that came to go to his class. Those little dumb things that a person did when he/she thought he/she was "in love".

But definitely not. I knew he was just a crush. But a major first. Feelings slowly died when he graduated from school. I only got to see him when he came back to receive his O Level results. Afterwhich, he disappeared from my life till that very day.

It was good to see him again though there weren't any feelings attached now. But he looked a tad too haggard for his age of 21. Wonder why... Just hope he's leading a happy life somewhere out there.
